Typical disappointment form my local branch. Staff aren't engaging with customers on a friendly or professional level but are happy to be rude and obnoxious. The faces pulled tody absolutely topped it off for me. We'd going to sit at a clean table to be told we had to sit at a multitude of dirty tables. "We're about the mop that area", which then wasn't mopped during our visit. Because I challenged the lady, I'm sure this is the reason why we were served in takeaway paper cups and not the normal sit in cups.

Today I tuck a few people out for coffee I was served is the store. First of all the staff were very rude < Shannon 3639 > who waited till the end of a odder of 4 drinks and cake to tell me they dont take cash yet two days before in the Hartlepool store I paid with cash - when I said I only had cash she rolled her eyes in a abrupt manor said well do you want it I then used a card I was uncomfortable using. And said I was wrong I do not feel after paying over 19 poumd for drink I expected this service. To top all of the drink were cold and the hole place was scruff and unclean and the tables were sticky I have sent a copy of this to your head office in Southampton
