Absolute joke!!! Do nothing but mess people around. Think they're allowed to move peoples belongings out of their room because they can. Staff are disrespectful whe on telephone getting snotty and talking in a raised and aggressive tone. Think they can tell young people what they can and cannot do with their money. Say they have the right to mess around with medical equipment not belonging to them. Refuse to allow people their personal mail. Literally give no support when mental health suffers,like making it worse. This is the worst place for homing standards, woth young people having medicals and rooms are full of damp and mold but tell the young woth in the home to buy the things for it. Literally do anything so they don't have yo do a thing!!!! Need to stop throwing things in people's faces. I would never treat a young person the way these have....DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!
