        I was charged 10.50. The side brushes which are to clean the wheels and sills weren't working, no product dispensed after the rinse and worst of all the dryer was up in the ceiling, not at car level and did very little. Operators seemed not bothered, they knew this equipment was not working but still happy to take payment. When I complained they suggested ringing the phone number from the website but that phone has gone totally unanswered. As have emails to 'customer services'
