My third consecutive volvo in 14yrs, not sure they're what they used to be. 20k for a 2017 used XC60 from this dealer . . very disappointed that in the 11 months since purchase , its had a front wing resprayed (not replaced) under warranty ( which has only 3 weeks of the 12 month warranty left) This was due to Rust forming on the oe wing . When i took the car for its wing repair , taking the morning off work , i was called a couple hours later that same day to return the courtesy car before 5.30 , and to collect my car as it couldnt be done that day , and had to be rebooked in ! It's now back in today due to clutch intermittently failing to work (no courtesy car available which really doesn't help) - god knows what's next when the warranty runs out. , regretting this purchase a little tbh. Mandy & Ryan are absolutely lovely to deal with, 100% better than the guy i dealt with ref my first warranty recall, but unfortunately that doesn't compensate .

Horrible experience with the service department. They serviced my car which was perfectly fine before it went in and then by the time I had reached home from collecting it, it had developed a noticeable fuel leak. When I collected my vehicle after they'd repaired the fuel leak I was told it had been a split in the fuel filter return pipe (a filter they'd allegedly changed on service) I questioned the service manager and asked why was this leak not picked when they'd changed the filter on service, do they not run the vehicle and check for leaks. I was told oh yes we do run the vehicles to check for leaks etc and test drive them etc so I can't understand why we've not detected a leak. It's amazing to me how they couldn't detect an obvious leak and how the car was apparently faultless when it left the dealership yet by the time I had reached home the fuel leak was noticeable and absolutely stunk. The service manager apologised for this inconvenience and said he would provide something as compensation for the inconvenience such as a free brake fluid change etc and would write out to me in the post. I've yet to receive any post or email or contact from him 10 days later. They do not give a toss about their customers. Avoid these clowns!

Brilliant staff and support. Especially Matthew in sales. I'm not a easy man to please when it comes to motors and I'm very to the point. Matthew met us in Oct/Nov 2022 and we explained what we were looking for which was alot. He searched and searched and searched till we found the right motor for us in March 2023 it was in Sunderland and he went and got it the same day. Matthew went above and beyond to make us extremely happy with the deal and happy in general. Nothing was to much for him to look into and get prices on. He is a absolute credit to the volvo brand and stoneacre and we will return time and time again if this is the kinda service we will receive. Thank you Matthew and stoneacre looking after us and for your patience with me haha.
