Busses are old and break down regularly, 20+ years of service and you still keep these sunless mass gazed windows tin with a soot box running? Should updated your busses to at least have sun protection, even a decent engine that doesn't end up breaking down and then your on another bus yet this time a packer due to passengers on the broken down one! You pay your drivers 9PH and even they insult customers with disabilities, your seats are so crowded I can feel the others breathing on me, bus bounces all over the place and shacking shaking keeps making it hard to focus on the journey. Your business practices are a joke; 1. No refunds if the bus breaks down. 2. Outdated time tables that force drivers to park and stay more which wastes EVERYONES TIME AND MAKES A DANGEROUS HAZARD ON ROADS!!! 3. No sun protected windows so it gets increasingly hot along with the small open windows that barely provide cool air. 4. HEATERS ON DURING THE SUMMER WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING. 5. Too many random stops for Express busses. 6. Increased fares along with more stops than bus service provided, most places are inaccessible via bus due to this 7. Finally the best of the best, drivers that CAN NOT PARK STRAIGHT! Get these issues amended, your bus service is a joke and so for this I will give it a singular - 1 Star. Improve these and maybe more people will rate better! Just avoid Arriva or any other bus service, just get yourself a train if possible, you'll save yourself the embarrassing hassle of both price and time.
