Getting some work done on my drive and had to switch materials and change things. The guys on the sales desks and in admin have been amazing and the delivery driver Tim was an absolute legend! Went totally over and above to help me.

Update - you pay at the counter, tell them what you need, you get it delivered & loaded into your car 5 minutes later. Nowhere do you get a service like this. I loved the place! Proped builder's/diy buff's dream. I went there because I couldn't get other retail high-street retail shops to deliver materials needed for my diy project at home. Went to Joseph Parrs' and got advice, they didn't try and sell me what I didn't need and in the end delivered for free. I bought more that i would have from a high street building retailer, but paid less and got more value, the staff were super helpful. The only thing I will say the ballast that i got was too fine and i needed to get extra pebbles, wasn't an issue, but you might want to check before you buy.
