Ali and his team were spot on - we couldnt have asked for a better job! We had a wall knocked down to make an open plan space downstairs which involved plastering, new lighting, new flooring and new oak beams installed. Everyone has commented on how beautiful it looks and the process was smooth from start to finish. It was also a lot quicker than we thought it would be and were so pleased The Build Directory worked to our timeline for Christmas! It all worked out perfectly, thanks so much

I've been with this amazing firm for 4 years, and got to say Alistair and the team are not only one of the best and trusted builders I've worked with but with 48 years in the buildings trade I've never seen a more dedicated team of trades people that put there hearts into every single job they carry out, whether its fitting a door or building a full extension with a bespoke kitchen and outside patio area, you only have to read Trustpilot for reviews, So thank you for heaving me on your team,,

OUTSTANDING! in every way possible I live and care for my Mam who is disabled and life dream has always been to have a conservatory, well these guys have made her dream come true & has already started to change her life for the better. Just to see her face light up and be so happy is priceless & I can not express my gratitude enough. This has been such an emotional journey for us and can not explain in words how happy we are. From the first introduction right through to completion these guys are truly amazing, they care about us the customer and go above and beyond to make it just perfect, there attention to detail is remarkable, they are clean & tidy and do exactly what they say they are going to do & on time & to a very high standard. Alisdair & the whole team are fantastic and just genuine caring people who all take pride in there work which is pristine!
