        This is why I'll never buy a BMW again....I already have a BMW M850i, wes due in tomorrow to view and chat about a second car, a M5 Competition....rang them with an issue on my M850i, fairly important that the passenger window had gone down and would not come up...makes the car undrivable and a security risk...thier solution? Bring it in in 5 weeks time, or 4 weeks at Durham...or 6 weeks at Sunderland...Seriousily? Well I fixed the problem, I drove it to the mercedes garage opposite you and part exchanged it for a S63s and bouught a convertible as well by using the cash I had set asside for the M5. Great Customer Service Vertu, Mercedes really appreciated it.
