Whilst building the kit there was a small seal that tamiya themselves had forgotten to put into the kit. These things happen I thought and didnt hold my breath getting a replacement.
I messaged the guys at fox models and straight away Pete got back to me and said he would order the elusive seal explaining there may be a short wait. A couple of days later the seal arrives at my house! It might only be a 20p seal but its the principle. The service is second to none here.
I wish all business would take a leaf out of Petes book. Thatd proper customer care. Really please and will def return!
