Fullam Ketch Fitness

This is a lovely place. The atmosphere especially tailored to those of us are reluctant to go to big or intimidating studios / gyms. Fullam Ketch feels like a community. Focus is on safety whilst pushing yourself to grow confidence and skills. The instructors are knowledgeable and really enable you to have the best experience during your class. As you are in a group of no more than 4 the attention you receive is top notch. I love it here and look forwards to Thursdays and Fridays. Response to the pandemic has been amazing - the zoom classes are excellent. People and their well-being is top priority here.

Ive always wanted to start pole dancing, but never had the confidence to do it. Lynsey is so passionate about making her Pole school different to the rest and it really shows - she is so inviting, friendly and really promotes body positivity. I never thought Id be confident wearing shorts, let alone doing so whilst giggling with a room full of other women! I cannot recommend this Pole school enough!!
