Bought a home back in June 2018 and faced problem after problem.
Major leak in kitchen causing damage to flooring and cupboards.
2 leaks in bathroom causing damage to living room ceiling.
As of today another leak in downstairs toilet causing damage to flooring and hallway carpet.
Cheap parts more profit!

We bought a house with lots of promise from Stonebridge.
They rip you off.
The estate management fees are an absolute rip off joke. They employ RMG who share the same terrible ratings Stonebridge do, so they're good together at being terrible.
PLUMBING:
We had several leaks and the heating tanks all over the estate has serious issues with leaking. They fobbed you off, but the Kingspan rep (manufacturer) said they has been fitted incorrectly. This culminated in a leak which came through the lights, they rectified the painting but due to covid the 2 years cover ran out and they washed their hands of it. I had to pay to repair it.
GARDEN:
They were supposed to lay a certain amount of top soil, they didn't the garden was laid on top of building rubble, and subsequently the lawn died and was full of potholes. Again, I had to pay several thousand pounds to rectify their dreadful garden.
The attitudes towards snagging were terrible, always trying to to dodge out of rectifying their awful build quality.
We left the estate after 2 years due to stress, we put the house right to sell in because we are decent people, but it cost us in the region of 10k
WHEN THEY BUILD ON HOLLIN BUSK: i would strongly recommend you DO NOT buy a home from these people. The reviews don't lie. Check how many people moved out before 2 years from the estate.

Purchased March 2019. Unfinished garden, bifold doors that wouldnt close or lock to be told, well get to that at some point, this is my home security. Someone came out scraped a bit of metal off the bottom and said hed arrange to come back....still waiting. Bath that sunk on first fill and that was only 10cm deep, so couldnt have a bath, bath now been propped up underneath with a piece of wood! Kitchen doors scratched and they send a plastic surgeon (jokes aside..) to fix he sprayed it with a matte colour and theyre gloss, and a different colour, came back a second time and made it look worse. Waiting on new doors to be fitted they mailed me to say they were here at the beginning of July, I booked a day off work to be there, maintenance just turned up and asked if I had the doors! To now be told they havent been delivered despite being told they had arrived, a wasted day and now will have to arrange again. No email correspondence or call from them whatsoever. The only reason I have 1 star is because the house and area is nice, some faults are expected with new builds but once you have bought with Stonebridge they do not care about any level of customer service. They even out the phone down on you and tell you they dont want to talk to you. I asked to speak to the person dealing with maintenance and repair for the service charge as she Sharon said they dont speak to customers!! What the hell kind of business are you running? You are junior school age average customer care. And for the record the maintenance and repair that you are supposed to pay monthly for....there is none, no care, no maintenance no repair but the management fees are twice in excess of any costs to for such. I was told by Sharon to ring a company I have no knowledge of to sort my own fees, how can I do this? I was told by Sharon that Ive bought now and thats care done with...it is only July, 4 months since my purchase and I feel absolutely let down. I was told by Sharon theyd send me a bill before the year starts and Id probably have to pay more for missing this years as their new year (the repair company) starts January. This is mismanagement all round. A disgrace of a company, lack of ethical responsibility and lack of business structure other than sell sell sell for maximum profit. Dont buy with these. I was warned and did not take the advice, dont you, go somewhere else.
