United Fried Chicken

Last 3 deliveries food was missing. Stopped using for a while. Tried it again with a note asking to double check as previously missing food. Checked, all there..but wrong food. Ordered plain wrap, it wasn't. Wasted 5. Again. Added cheese to another without ordering it. Used to be brilliant and now its sub par at best.

I'll start with the good - The food. Piri piri hot wings are fantastic! The sauce is amazing so is their homemade coleslaw. The not so good - The service. The last 2/3 times I have ordered from here it's been late (by over 30 minutes) the main issue is when it's eventually delivered they miss things and when calling to let them know the missing items are delivered over an hour later. The food is nice but the service is simply awful!

Food and service used to be really good, sadly not the case anymore. Ordered twice in the past few weeks (takeaway food in Penistone/Stockbridge is all pretty grim to be honest) Food was over an hour late the last time we ordered and is over 30 mins late (so far) this time. Not so much as a phonecall/text to let us know food is running late. I always used to get the Peri Peri chicken, skin used to be really crisp as grilled chicken should be. The past few times I have ordered skin has been slimy and fatty. We won't be bothering ordering from here again because the service and delivery times are now so terrible.

Ordered the 13 kebab, no chicken strips, portion size for the price was tiny, kebab meat was dry and flavourless. The chicken and kofta were excellent and.very tasty. Was delivered on time. Never had an issue before so this was a real shame
