We had a report done on our new house and after being quoted in being ready on Monday, after the electrician went in on Friday to look, we finally got our report the following Friday. The electrician said himself we should have never been quoted a date that soon as he was in a job in wales. All this could have been excused however over the phone we were quoted 180 and the lady didnt mention the VAT so weve actually paid 216! Really not happy and felt that at times we were just being shoved off. Dont get me wrong, the work they have done is extremely thorough and were impressed with the detail of the report but overall, not had the best experience.

Through WhatsApp I was quoted from Ryan that I would be charged 140 to install a light fitting and to relocate 2 light fittings. He sent some unprofessional to my house they were told from Debbie the job was for a bathroom light fixture and to just change the kitchen lights however the job was only for the kitchen lights. After installing one of the kitchen lights they said they were leaving to buy some parts. I received a message from Debbie saying that the lights are 130 each when I phoned them they said they had felt intimidated as we had asked them to shorten the lengths of the pendant which anyone would ask. They also had no safety equipment one of the lads were standing on the equipment box whilst the other guy had no safety equipment when they were making a access hole for the lights another issue was they did not turn of the electricity which personally I should have told them to leave as they said they dont need to take of the electricity. They did not resolve the issue and left my kitchen as a mess when I asked them as why they couldnt do it they said they felt intimidated so if you are planning to install some lights I do not recommend as they will do half a job leave a mess and if you were to ask to adjust something they would feel intimidated I hope Ryan fixes this issue with his safety and unreliable staff members Service: Installation
