        Had real issues here, 1 charging station accepted card and charge, my app said it was accepted and 15 pre auth completed... got to costa, and stopped charging... twice .. Moved to end one... card reader didn't work... Moved to another... failed to start charge... 5th attempt... it finally worked... but did the same thing at all of them... Now have 60 quid in pre authorisations out of my account leaving me overdrawn but needed the charge

        Charger 4 has been covered for several months now, and sadly charger 2 is showing FAULT, a busy location resulting in a 40min wait. May I suggest 2 things. 1 The app shows the repair estimate for out of service chargers, 2. Incorporate a fault report feature in the app. Ps you could also Add more chargers here.

        Can't believe it cost me 30 pounds from 40% to 96....75p per kW.....that is a joke instavolt....my wallet took a volt that's for sure.....it was 40 per kW now 75p per kW.....how can you justify that...petrol is cheaper.....SHOCKING!!!!
