        The bottom had dropped out of my very old kitchen draw, and I needed Batons for my new trellis. I took both into Portwood Timber, with a request for help. Tony Davies served me, what a star. Tony came up with a solution for my draw and taking pity on me, glued all the bits together thank you so much. Colin sorted out my batons whilst advising on other questions I had (all on a Friday afternoon). Super grateful to both for a speedy service and brilliant value *highly recommend
