Floor Giants Stockport

Best company we're used during a whole house renovation.... Having been let down by our last flooring company after they entered administration I contacted Floor Giants after being recommended by a supplier. From my very first contact with them they have been outstanding, excellent value for money, great customer service, professional fitters and constantly kept up to date. They even managed to fit by very specific flooring 2 weeks earlier than expected. A special thanks to Dean who went above and beyond in every aspect - including assisting with sourcing carpet from Belgium to match some we already had fitted - and for delivering the extra laminate when needed. I just wish I had used these guys in the first place! Thanks again!

Popped in, to see if they had. 'glue down' laminate tiles. We were suprised at the range they had, far more than other places. Dean was especially helpful and talked us through the whole process. He made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Anyway ordered our floor and we will be back. Thanks Dean .

Alex was really on the ball throughout the process. I had a quote from another local company for the same flooring that I bought from Floor Giants, but Alex went above the level of service I was getting from them and was happy to price match. The tradesmen who laid the flooring were top notch, the final finish is very high quality. I would highly recommended Alex, and Floor Giants.

Just had full house done with laminate by Floor Giant. Dean had excellent customer service, bared with us while getting the keys to the new house and even accommodated a change in the fitting date due to some unexpected extra work on the house. Quality and price were great. And the courtesy call after it was all finished was a nice touch. Not often you get such great service for a good price so would really recommend!
