Very horrible experience, they are not easily reached via phone or sms, you have to devote a whole week to get hold of them. Thereafter, they will force you to buy other package(s) otherwise you won't get the service(s) you paid for. Avoid this studio by all means for your sanity

The girls are amazing and professional and I do not understand or accept any of the negative reviews!! I was made to feel at ease and actually enjoyed the whole experience, from having hair and makeup done to being photographed. I was not pressured at all to buy - I wanted to buy !! The quality of the prints are superb and they even threw in extra prints. I would highly recommend anyone to book with Lisa and Nicola - many many thanks girls x

Absolutely horrendous experience. Those two ladies were so rude and aggressive, I think they need help. It felt like they were pushing their life frustrations on me. I still didnt collect my pics. Regrettable waste of time.

Me and my partner had been looking around for a while for our son's 1st birthday Cake Smash Shoot and came across Icon Photography Studios on Wowcher. We had a look at their website and contacted Lisa & Nicola for further details. Right from the get go they were lovely and gave us further information ALONG with details on how to save some extra money for the shoot we wanted by going on Groupon - Not many companies would advertise this if you wasn't aware so we were instantly impressed with their kind gesture - (Thank you both again!!) Our experience was brilliant, they got straight down to business and was great with our son Quinn, whilst providing a professional and friendly environment. When we arrived for our photo viewing, both ladies were lovely and explained our voucher and their additional packages without pressuring us into buying anything other than what we already had on our voucher. Our son's photo's are absolutely beautiful and we will definitely one day return!! Thank you both again, and we hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! xx

A very bad experience of customer service went for a photoshoot on the 29th ot September. We still haven't received our prints it is the 16th of November today . We was advised it will take upto 10 working days . After many calls and texts to the business I kept getting told they have been sent out via first class delivery but we have not received our images . However my husband on the day made the payment for the royal mail delivery. Would not be using this business again . A waste of time and money ! We also feel like there was a lot of pressure to buy photos and when we decided not to the partner or our photographer made a comment "saying waste of time ". Which was very unprofessional first of all and secondly it's a business so it should be professional at all times.
