        I ordered an extractor fan with a controller, paid 289 , initially payment was through paypal, payment was under review and my money was on hold, (i am very new to paypal) however i later cancelled my order with e zone trading after about 1 month of waiting,and then subsequently paypal sent the money to e zone trading , it has been months and i have sent e mails to e zone trading for a refund, but they do not REPLY, nor is there any1 answering the phone, however they did reply to my mail when i told them where is my fan? They replied the money hadn't been sent, and now i want my money back i get no reply even after leaving a message on answer machine
