        Recently took my Golf in for an MOT - excellent service from start to finish, easy drop off with the express check in. Job was done within a few hours - including a complimentary wash! Chris Welch and the service team were very helpful with their advice on my punctured tyre, and the service plan as a whole - thank you Chris & team!

        Lovely people at Inchcape House who allowed me and my grandson to have a sit in the cars on the forecourt while waiting for my car to be completed! Car cleaned before pick up. However, nobody came back to me on how my car actually did. I had a very unclear video on my phone, which I picked up several days later, and some bullet points. I couldn't seem to reply back to this. I am confused as to what I am supposed to be doing next, as nobody talked to me about my car at all. It is much better to email me than to send stuff to my phone - my phone isn't that good. Thanks anyway for a good experience on the day.
