Vet accused me of neglect. My pet lost a lot of weight and was very unwell. Without checking my pet over fully, I was accused of neglecting my pet for months. However, I have photographs and videos of my pet 13 days prior to taking him to the vet, showing a very healthy, well cared for pet that had an unlimited supply of food. They never checked my pets record, which when they did they realised he was there just a few weeks ago for surgery, therefore proving their accusations false. What is a very distressing time for me and my pet, the way I was treated was disgusting. My pet has now been treated for neglect so whatever underlying problem he has, it has not been adequately investigated. Therefore, the only neglect my pet has now experienced is the medical negligence of the vet. I still have no idea what is wrong and his life is now at risk. AVOID.
