I needed a van at very short notice and they sorted it for me. Straight to the point no messing about and for a great price. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back next time I need to hire a van.

Dont bother! Arranged a rental van earlier today. Got there to be told that the van I had hired wasnt available. Didnt bother to call me to let me know prior to me driving there. When I arrived he proceeded to work on an email for around 10 minutes. Clearly that was more important than a waiting customer. When he eventually got round to dealing with the hire he said that a download copy of a utility bill wasnt acceptable, but he could charge me 5 to check the address! When I pointed out that few people have original copies these days he proceeded to point at a list of rules. At that point I told him to forget it and walked out! Why are so many British businesses like this?
