Bought a Skoda fabia mk2 from fm3 cars back in October 2022, so far so good, not any faults with this car at all, full service history, mint MOT, with just over 30K miles. Car is brilliant itself, Would recommend. 5 from me.

UPDATE-3 Got the money for the car back minus the money he lost on taxing a car that was never put in hid name. Down right crooked. Never buy from these people! UPDATE 2-Aviod like the plauge! 3 months later after being moments aways from court action, my son has his refund, they agreed to pay the money back for the car plus 150 for road tax, turns out they had never even registered the car to him! Now they have atleast paid the money back but are refusing to refund the road tax for a car he never owned. Now it's back on their web site. No mention of the 2 blown engines, The modified block and now its 1000 more than 3 months ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Update 1-Now 10 weeks on they agreed to refund my sons car, but have failed to do so. I think they've only said it, to delay us taking them to court. Never replied to a single email and ignored all of his calls. Plus they haven't even reg'd the car to him. Still in the trade after all this time. My son bought a car from Fm3 cars, lasted 2 days and blow up. My son hard worked hard to afford a nice car only to be let down by incredibly poor service and workmanship. 7 weeks later no car no refund and won't reply to emails. Reporting to the fca. Don't be a fool and buy anything from these sharks. Ripping off a 19 year old man for nearly 8k. Now refusing to answer any calls and still have the car. Stay away from this dealership.

** BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ** I booked a visit to view a VW Golf today 06/02/22 in the view to purchasing this on the spot. I made arrangements to travel to this place which was over an hour to get there. I arrived around 4pm and went to the showroom and no one was available. Called the number on google and waited until, finally called a mobile number on my email. Went around to have a look at the car and around 4.30pm requested a test drive but was told its too close to closing time. Informed the lady that I am ready to purchase but she refused to sell the car as it has not been serviced what a bloody joke of a place. This is what happens when you have staff who run the place any decent owner of the business would do a handover even close to closing up time. Wasted my time 2/3 hours journey time and that of my brothers who travelled with me. I also saw another car white Audi Q5 quattro on the forecourt and would have happily done a cash deal and cashed them both out on the spot, but they seemed to want to close up than do business. Shame really but I am glad I didn't deal with these people having seen other reviews on here. This is not how business is run.
