I bought a car from Adam here on Saturday and his customer service and patience was excellent. He was very accommodating especially in light of me having a disability and the car being in a different town to where the advert said and he willingly drove it to our address for me and my husband gave him a lift back. At no time was I made to feel pressured into a sale or made to feel like a pest as I checked the wheel arches, the engine bay, the boot, the tyres etc and he was completely honest about the minor faults on the car before I even went to view it. Absolutely perfect customer service and a trustworthy company - I've been happily driving my car for a couple of days now and also had it checked by different mechanics and everyone has said the car is perfect and a very good find. So thankyou once again Trilogy and especially Adam :)

I used Trilogy car detailing after my car was damaged by paint. They sorted out the issue and the car looked like it was brand new - thanks!
