Recently bought a BMW 1 series which was in fantastic condition the process was so easy, Scott went above and beyond to sort all the transition he even sorted my personal reg out to be transferred and my tax. They couldnt have been more helpful and also was always in communication whenever needed. Even after the sale Ive been in contact for a couple of things and still went above and beyond for me. 100% recommend. Found the car on auto trader but if I buy another car in the future I will be heading to their page directly first. 10/10

It was first time for us to purchase a car online. Scott was very helpful and answered all the qestions we had, so we were confident to make the purchase. The car is perfect and the team is very professional. We were really happy with them and would definitely recommend Vortex!

Bought a car from this garage in November, only had the car 2 days and the brake fluid light came on. Took it to garage and they found the rear brake calliper to be pouring brake fluid out, they said it was dangerous to drive and that the garage who sold the vehicle to you would have known about this problem on the car. My daughter bought this car for 9,000 and shes only 18 and drove it 60 miles back to Leeds, so basically could of been killed if the brakes had of failed on the way home. Anyway the garage had to do the repair as they couldnt get through to the warranty company after trying to call them for 2 days. In the end they had to email them they then turned around and said they wouldnt pay for repairs because it wasnt authorised first. But the vehicle was too dangerous to drive and she needed it for her job which she has to travel 16 miles each way. Vey disgusted with the garage for selling it like that and whats the point of giving warranty when they wont pay it. I understand wanting to authorise work first, but if you cant get hold of them what are you supposed to do.
