I felt a little more mobile when I left the shop.
The next day I was aching all over which I had expected to as the massage had clearly agitated the muscles that were causing my pain.
On the days to follow the muscle pain lessened and my movement became more and more free.
Now a week on I have full movement in my lower back and groins and feel like I have my life back again with no pain in the morning or stiffness.
I am absolutely delighted with the service and the results. I will revisit again.
