Useless company. I've phoned twice to amend my direct debit and they still haven't done it. I was also promised a new regular meter when I switched and they are trying to force a smart meter on me. Absolutely disgraceful liars.

I met David Chapman through Google search online. I have used BG in the past, but moved as a result UW of a "better deal" at the time. I meet many UW people in my networking, David Chapman is unique- he spoke with a heart & deep understanding of the energy situation and its impacts on people like me who visited UK forest time & face huge problems wrt Energy bills I was compelled to open a conversation. He did the work to establish my potential situation using the online platform. It was transparent trustworthy about the savings I would/not gain. It am having limited understanding of IK processes financially. I anxious about moving Scottish gas provider, there was a hiccup, as a result of 3rd party engagement but he OWNED the issue and worked to get a resolution - this mattered to me. As a mentor & client relationship , he is actively keeping me informed about the impact of being on a fixed rate and doing the work to establish if variable is better - this is VALUING CUSTOMER. Its early days, he's set the bar high, so much so that I am recommending him to my friends who are joining projects with me . Rajesh wadkar
