Great store with great selection of goods,however every time the lady behind the counter (Joan) serves me her attitude is appalling shes very unwelcoming and I can only imagine what shes like to other customers (rude) and I think that alone will scare customers away

Very convenient, open until 10pm. People working there are very friendly.

I was very upset when one of the Coop staff was making not nice jokes and rolling his eyes felt like kind of making me into laughing stock in front of other shoppers too, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. I loved going to Coop in Great Moor, I thought usually staff were very nice, polite and helpful, but not this time, now I am not going for a while to that Coop.
