If we had any walls left to knock down we'd be happy to once again consult with Asad. We will be happy to recommend his services in the future

Assad has provided the structural engineer drawings for me for my extension/renovation project. This is a big project with a lot of structural elements within the build (removal of chimney breast, knocking through walls and a double storey extension). I found Assad easy to discuss plans and he spent time getting to know our project and has given good advice at where we could amend the plans to save money.

Assad helped us out with a double storey extension and he was very professional and thorough throughout. I wouldnt recommend that you do so but he would even answer messages at midnight when we were panicking and needing answers asap. I wouldnt use anyone else again after using Assad.
