I'm having the most nightmare day I've ever had thanks to GS Systems EPOS Solutions! Our busiest re-opening trading day, I haven't been able to change pricing and till screens since 9.30am this morning. Reported at 11.30am this morning and still unfixed at 8pm in the evening. I've made 17 calls (and numerous texts) throughout the day to get this fixed - all to be told they're working on it. We're losing significant amounts of revenue and I've been told countless times it has been fixed - when it hasn't been! Then worst nightmare of all, my till screens in our busiest site revert to a till screen from 2020 - so the guys cannot even put the correct food orders through to the kitchen! I call 'out of hours' support and the rudest woman ever puts the phone down on me after I tell her stop interrupting the customer after she lectures me telling me she 'doesn't care' what's been happening during the day! This was after, I've had numerous tills having to be replaced across our sites over past month and continuous logs of tills not working, sales data not being pulled through properly and terminals constantly crashing. I physically cannot run a business like this! We literally don't know what revenue we've taken on some days! You have to pay extra for all the addons such as gift cards, they still don't work now. We have various ongoing support issued logged right now from sales not pulling through (because of till crashes), to gift cards not working and of course, till pricing not working. GS Systems will sell you this system telling you it's all configurable and easy to work with, they've created something which doesn't duplicate your work etc - but all I've found so far, is a genuinely frustrating, heart attack inducing diabolical customer service team who seem literally happy for you to call them all day every day until of course - 5pm when they go home. Then you get the rudest out of hours support team ever who treat you as if you're the biggest burden they've ever experienced in their life! They treat you like its YOUR fault. Maybe they need to actually deliver what they're promising to people, so people don't get upset and frustrated! We're losing out on yet out of hours tell you they don't care!

I have worked with GS Systems for 7 years now. The systems are secure and now, more than ever, with great integrations like the booking system. There are many options to help the smaller and the bigger operations. The team is absolutely fantastic with excellent support options and are always happy to help. The whole system is very good but where I feel GS is ahead in the market is the customer support. They will go above and beyond to ensure that as a customer you are happy with their services. You are always just a phone call away from someone who cares about your business and is ready to help. They are always looking to innovate and hear their customers feedback. Overall an excellent and very reliable choice for your epos systems. Thank you for all your help over the last few years.
