        Customer service is good but customer service isnt everything, we ordered sofas and paid nearly thousand pounds deposit, a couple of days later we were told that sorry we dont do this pattern anymore so pick something else, we decided to buy something else but then released that delivery time is more than 3 months away so asked them to cancel our order as they dont have what we want but found out that they dont give deposit back even if it is their fault..I would strongly advise anyone to check their refund policy and return policy before you buy as i am not going back to any of scs stores
