        No private parking as the three parking spots available are shared with the auto shop next door and whoever decides to park there. The staff confirmed that there is no private parking as they cant stop anyone who wants to from parking in the three spots that may or may not be available. They also informed me that parking is not guaranteed even though this information is not stated anywhere in their terms and conditions. The room 1 in property is poorly insulated due to it being a converted car garage and the cellular service in the area is very poor. The building is in a very sketchy feeling area, did not feel safe sleeping there, left within a few hours of arrival.
