    Reece attended and fixed some old faulty cameras. Went the extra mile when 1 camera was blurred. Rewired camera and all was good! Top professional service and very happy! Wouldn't leave until I was happy and I really appreciated this extra touch! Thanks.

    Had issues constantly with the alarm in 3 1/2 years. Stuart and Reece both changing batteries for the outside bell throughout warranty period. Only after warranty ended was a new bell suggested and a high price to pay - the issue could have been resolved during warranty period. Charging call out fees with no support for what is covered on the call outs or the rate. No terms and conditions received, nothing on their website. Received a text requesting payment late at night, days after the visit. There is no urgency to get back in touch when you have an emergency, had to chase all day.
