A company that cares about its customers and reputation. They recently erected scaffolding at our home. They arrived promptly and were courteous and efficient. They took special care to protect our newly laid driveway. What really impressed us though was when they when they came to remove the scaffolding they accidentally broke one of the quarry tiles on our doorstep. One of the workers, James, knocked and informed us what they had done. He immediately offered to get the step repaired. My husband said he'd be happy if they bought a replacement tile and a bag of sand and cement and he would do the repair. James gave us his mobile number kept us, ordered the tile and kept us informed of progress. He returned a week later with three tiles (only one was broken) and a tub of top quality pre mixed cement. Very impressed. Well done James you went above and beyond what we asked for. Mistakes can happen but it's how you deal with them that matters.

We needed scaffolding all round the house so we could have it painted. James gave us a very good price and he and his crew were a pleasure to have around when they were doing the job. A friend of mine who is in the scaffolding business commented on how well-planned and executed the job was as it wasn't easy to get access to the windows set into the roof three floors up.
