If you ever have any issues after the job has been done and they have your money, they will not come back to put it right. I must have rung them about 20 times to fix a couple of holes they had left behind and after promising me every time they would come and fix it Ive given up. I will not be using them again or recommending them which is a shame as I could have got them a lot of business. Terrible customer service.

Reasonably priced, but poor quality. The initial agreement was to grind down the old surface and this was only done in a small part of the area. Not levelled well which results in several puddles after each rain and the cellar of the building was flooded, which they attended and resolved in all fairness. The parking lines were all done wrong despite the map provided to them and the result is three parking spaces less. After weeks of chasing them to rectify the lines and unkept promises that they will do so I had no other choice but to pay another contractor. I'd avoid them in future.

Shoddy job, very unhappy with work - avoid Do not use SK Surfacing. Our contractor sub-contracted SK to do some remedial works on our tarmacked drive. Work seemed great on the day. We followed Stuart's advice to not park on the drive for 24 hours - in fact we waited nearly 48 hours. But tyre marks appeared and tarmac was coming up in multiple spots - the tarmac clearly hadn't taken properly. We let Stuart know this as soon as we'd driven on the path. It's been 4 weeks now and the tarmac still hasn't taken - it's actually getting worse. Numerous phone calls and texts later and an email - promises of coming back to sort. No shows each time - having chased we were told they had issues with their van. They'd be round to sort as soon as the van was fixed. Nothing. No shows each time. Now radio silence. We will have to get a new firm to put the work right. Shoddy workmanship, very unhappy and would not recommend SK.

Tarmac was to a good standard but lots of other issues, firstly they replaced my manhole cover but left a 4 inch by 12 inch gap at the back, I didnt noticed straight away as it was half way under my hedge and covered with leaves and branches, but as these eventually fell into the sewer and block it, I soon noticed the smell. I contacted Stuart and after a couple of months of chasing came back and fixed the gap. I had to get drains unblocked in the meantime. Whilst fixing the manhole cover they managed so slop cement all other the newly tarmac drive and walk footprint all over it. Again despite months of promises to come and clean it, I gave up waiting I spent many evening scrubbing away with wire brushes and brick cleaner, it still not perfect. Stuart suggested they would come back and do an extra bit of tarmacing for me, that was in December. Ive given up waiting so Im leaving this review to share my experience. If only I could upload pictures it would make more sense.

In August last year (2019) I decided to have my front garden turned in to a driveway. I obtained quotes to see what was most effective and decided on having it resin bonded. At the time I chose SK Surfacing as the owner Stuart was very personable and knowledgeable about what they had to do to make the job look good. he also told me that his company were contractors for other companies that offer this service. The job was done and I was very happy with the results, I did as I was told and kept my car off the drive whilst the resin dried and bonded. In May this year I started noticing that the drive is sinking where I park my car, there are dips where the wheels sit on the drive and I was starting to get concerned about this. I rang the company as I wanted to speak to Stuart to see if this was something to be concerned about. over the last month I have left several messages both with the office and on Stewarts mobile, (which is also meant to act as a 24 hour call out ,or so it says on the website), I have also sent an email and still I have had no reply. All I am asking for is some common decency and a reply to set my mind at ease.
