Got the promotion I wanted. Several really attractive jobs were shown to me and I am really happy with the one I got. Worked with Lauren who was really helpful, responsive and friendly. She also helped me negotiate the role whilst applying. This wasn't advertised so probably wouldn't have even been aware this was possible without them. Recruitment agents in general can be really helpful as they can negotiate things like role and salary for you and sometimes give you useful insights. Launch in particular seem to work with a lot of schools and have been very reliable and trustworthy. It's the 2nd job I've gotten through them and I'd recommend giving them a try.
