    Not a good experience. Parking good and convenient for Stockport railway station. Booked space in advance. Instructions provided for entry didn't work. QR code would not scan and barrier didn't go up. Pperator said I had to take ticket to get in and would not or cpuld not open barrier remotely. Told to call back and provide booking code for exit. Sounded easy and straight forward. It wasn't. Called them gave my booking reference as advised on entry but they would not raise barrier until I had also given them my name and car registration even though they had located my booking and could verify I had paid in advance. Basically they were sujecting me to additional checks that I would not have had to go through had I simply taken a ticket and paid at terminsl before exit. Idiotic and very inconvenient. Why not invest in scanners that ctually work with the issued QR codes? Or better still just invest in automatic number plate readers so that barrier goes up automatically both on entry and exit? Really disappointed with service provided by operators. Unfriendly and made you feel like you were doing things wrong when it was their system that was not working.
