The hope inn used to be a really good pub with it's own micro brewery in the celler brewing it's own beer and very good beer, but like all the good pub's it's now shutting down in March and it's looking very rundown hence the 3 stars in it's hay day it would have been a 5 star, an update on the railway pub at Portwood it as now closed as I reviewed it a little while ago, will we all be sat at home with our supermarket beer with know were to go, England for you.

Nice pub. But visit soon. It's going to be closing. Still a good selection of hand pulled pumps. Real ale pub.
