        Update: My issue has been resolved. EMS have apologised for any oversight. Mike and John have been very helpful along the way in resolving things for me. Thank you.I reported an issue on 5th January about my fob not working and being unable to access the bin area. It is now the 17th and nothing has been done to rectify this issue, no one has got back to me. I will start leaving my rubbish outside the gate where it can be ripped apart by animals. My flat is small and I cant keep my rubbish in here. I dont know whats happened here but the service has gone right down
