        Nice and comfortable, staff are quite nice but not very useful, didnt help my friend out on the day as she was going homeless and as she is a vulnerable young person with mental health problems - so not very helpful, but got an appointment in like two three weeks hopefully shell get someplace then. The living crisis is terrible but I doubt that it would make it this hard to find somewhere to just sleep I mean come on. To the people that are well off and have the power to fix this, youre just making this stuff up as this point and Im not gonna fall for it
