We tried to purchase a property from them. But they employed dishonest practices and despite us having everything arranged, we lost the property to another buyer. This should not happen once sale has been agreed. The way myself and my wife were treated by them was heartbreaking. Just thrown cheap lies and excuses. I have vowed to NEVER deal with them ever again. Now that I have a property to manage, despite them being so close to me, I have chosen a company much further away than deal with them again. So their lack of scruples and disrespect certainly lost them my subsequent custom. AVOID this lot!!!

My sister rents a property from them. Given the amount she spends per month on rent, you think the landlords would entrust a competent managing agent to look after her and the property. Inability to respond and communicate, and the call I overheard with her property manager Sherry.... perhaps one of the rudest, patronising and arroganthuman beings I've ever had the displeasureof hearing. Stay clear of these second rate cowboys.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with who only care about robbing money from young families deposits. I warn anyone to stay well clear. After 2 days of cleaning the house to an exemplary standard they tried to take 230 from our deposit. Luckily the dps has seen through their lies and weve got our money back!!! They ignored us for weeks about a radiator falling off the wall and it was only fixed about 4 days after it nearly hit our baby when it completely fell off the wall. Lee who works there is the rudest person I have ever come across And should not be working with the public. The whole company are liars, rude and could not care less about the tenants.
