        I have recently moved out of a property that was managed by Kingscrown and I will admit Laura is amazing who works for them. If we ever had any problems she was sure to get somebody to sort them asap. I would definitely rent another property through these guys. Thank you so much. We appreciate it laura.

        After renting a property from Kingscrown Properties Ltd for 6 years, my overall experience was above what I expected - fantastic. The condition of the property was excellent, and any repairs/maintenance that was needed was carried out on time and efficiently. The staff were always there and happy to help when advice was needed. It's been a pleasure Kingscrown.

        Rented a great apartment in a lovely building in Birkdale for four years. Kingscrown were brilliant, any issues resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend Kingscrown as a Landlord. Thank you Laura for all your help.

        Excellent landlord! I was very sorry to have to leave the property, would have never left however they were selling this. Gave me plenty of notice and helped me with the process of moving. I cant understand any negative reviews in regards to them selling properties as they do everything above board and went above and beyond to take the stress away for me. I lived in the Posting House for nearly five years and Ive always had the repairs done quickly and had a fabulous service! Thankyou Kingscrown Properties for a great 5 years!
