The customer service is excellent, very quick and helpful in email communications and kept our company updated on the delivery time and date which came within two weeks of ordering. I would absolutely recommend using Hatters Promotions. We ordered tote bags from Hatters and they are good quality and the printing we asked for was perfect to what we wanted.
