Customer service is the friendliest you could get, it's a pleasure to have a business with them. I don't think there are things they could not fabricate. Browns were happy to help with drilling the centres of two stainless bolts for my motorcycle resto'. Can't thank them enough for doing this job. Hopefully if needed, I can count on them again in the future. It's really refreshing a local company are prepared to help with 'off the street' walk in jobs. Cheers guys

Called in on spec for a very small lathe job to be done .. spoke to Norman who couldnt have been more helpful, he arranged to have the parts made , contacted me when they were finished & the cost was more than fair / less than I expected. The whole team here are polite , welcoming professional & deliver excellent customer service.
