Very weird and awkward atmosphere. As a customer, you feel like an inconvenience; the servers at the checkouts are very grumpy, patronizing and rude.

HORRENDOUS customer service: SLUGGISH, INCONSIDERATE, UNFIENDLY, UNHELPFUL, RUDE, INEFFICIENT, and they simply WOULDN'T LISTEN to the customer. 8 EMPTY teller windows, but only EVER 1-2 workers behind them at a time, to serve the people in queue - (and those 1-2 workers NEVER BOTHER to hurry).
