Terrible is the least word which can describe such rubbish place and irresponsible staff. Extremely disappointed with their services

Very Old reviewTerrible, no one answers the phone, they keep you waiting half and hour when you call at the place, there's a sign up warning you not to abuse the staff.... perhaps if they were a bit more efficient they wouldn't need the sign. I try not to use them for parcels , New review Its a bit better now it's privatised but has a long way to go Newest 2022. Things have changed, theyre a lot more efficient, theres usually a queue but it goes down quick and the staff are friendlier. Ive changed my review to three stars to reflect the fact its a lot better. Shows that places can change, complaints do work. Keep it up!

Parking is terrible literally 6 spaces outside which are already taken probably by staff and any time royal mail bring a parcel we never hear a knock and just notice the slip through the door , do the delivery drivers all wear sponge gloves or something? Any other delivery driver Is heard and the parcel is delivered . Personally I think they cant be bothered and it's much easier to sneak a slip through the door than get the parcel from the back of the van and deliver it like requested

Always received friendly service here whether thats sending a prepaid item or collecting parcels. The only thing thats a bit annoying is the branch occasionally being closed when it should be open according to the opening times on the door.
