        They never, ever answer the phone. Sometimes try to call to request them to get my meds ready due to going by taxi and not wanting to keep taxi waiting outside. 9 times out of 10 I cannot get through. The reason I have to ring to begin with is I'm often kept waiting for ages, regardless of whether there are other customers there or not!

        Excellent staff, especially the pharmacist Sahr and Jo and Kate! They are helpful and go beyond their call of duty ! They really helped me when I was feeling down due to COVID, they all deserve a medal!!!
