Please read if you actually care for your dogs. I couldnt give 0 stars but if it let me then I would have. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the team here. Originally we had booked in advance to take our 6 month puppies to Hollys Wood adventure play park. We then realised that the day we had planned to take them, it wouldve been 35 degree heat, which if you have any understanding of dogs then you know this is an unsafe temperature for dogs to be outside. I rang academy 4 dogs multiple times to swap this day and also email which took over a week for a first response. It then took 2.5 weeks after the booking to receive an email that had zero understanding or compassion for dogs in 35 degree heat to be offered to swap my day in the dog park, which they were VERY reluctant to do - disgusting to say that this place works day in day out with dogs. The staff seemed to think that it was ok for the puppies because they have a paw paddling pool. Which yes is a good way to cool down the dogs, however I stated that travelling to get there and allowing my puppies to be out in that sort of heat was dangerous which clearly it was. After me stating the guidance for dogs from the news and from the vets, they finally offered to swap my day which I was initially grateful for. However, no booking confirmation has been confirmed with me nor have the instructions of what to do when you arrive been sent to me. I have rang for the last 3 days (Friday Saturday and Sunday) and heard nothing. From looking at some reviews I have also seen the state that the dog park is in which looks like a huge health risk. Please do not send your dogs to a place that clearly has no compassion or understanding for dogs needs.

Amazing daycare facility for dogs. They have a secure play area, offer an extensive training programme from puppy age upwards. The trainers are very knowledgeable and will work with you on any issies you have with training your dog. Dogs can learn to swim here too. They also offer bathing, nail cutting and sell toys, treats and training equipment. Can't recommend highly enough and great value for money.
