        Alexander technique teaches you how to stand, sit, move ... essentially to 'be' with ease. It has been brilliant for my back and neck and shoulder issues which I have had for years. The lovely James is a wonderfully skilled practitioner with a warm, gentle manner that immediately makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Alexander technique and James to give you greater understanding of your own body, how it moves and how to improve that movement, thus reducing pain. Seeing James was the one of the best birthday presents I have had.
