I had my eyes tested, which was done very Professionally. They answered my queries very promptly. I would recommend Vision Express for your eyes to be tested the staff are Professional.

Staff very friendly but glasses were rubbish very expensive wouldn't return ever again except to keep having my glasses fixed or altered only had them 2 weeks & having to return to have them fixed yet again this is how bad they are I want my money back, I am now wearing my older glasses as these new ones have fallen off my head numerous times. Some nice staff and one or two who seemed a bit rushed and robotic. Optometrist was alright but I think I was the very last booked in and he seemed tired and wanted to rush it. I do understand that but I hadn't had an eye test in 5+ years and wanted to make sure he was doing it right. He seemed to calm down after a while. After I was done he did call another staff member back in to take the extra images of my eyes with one of the machines which reassured me somewhat. All the machines had already been switched off for closing but they turned it back on (obviously it's not my fault they shut every down whilst I was having my eye test) but she (young Asian girl) was really good. The woman with long ginger-reddish hair explained well my voucher options when I returned the next day as promised and I bought the two pairs. First pair arrived in time but I never received my second pair text so I gave up waiting and called and hey presto they were there ready to collect. I don't know if you collect your first pair and go back to collect second pair separately as I did, if the second pair text message does not send or just someone didn't click a button?
