I suffer headaches and have had a change in vision I am really anxious and have adhd, I saw Sharon and she was really calming she was polite and well presented aswell as being caring and easy to talk to, I would reccomend these to anyone! Even offered me advice for my daughter too

Popped in the other day on the off chance that I could get my spectacles repaired while I was passing. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my spectacles were repaired in mere moments! How wonderful! I hadn't ever been in before, so I wasn't even a current patient. I will be in future!

My mum has alzeimer's & dementia. Sharon & Dafs were absolutely wonderful with my mum, caring, patient and so understanding. They really do care.

Posting on behalf of my husband who recently was rescued by Adrian who could not have been more helpful when he had a problem with the fit of recently purchased glasses from a company in Edgeley now no longer trading. The glasses were so uncomfortable as to be virtually unwearable. Seeing your reviews prompted him to ask for your help. Adrian listened to the story checked the fit, corrected the problem and refused the offer of payment! We are very grateful and he will see you again when it is time for his annual eye examination. Compliments of the season to you all. Update: Cannot recommend this Opticians highly enough. A-amazing! As a result of my husbands positive experience we chose to go back to Valli in Underbank, Stockport when he needed a MECS examination because of a problem with his vision which the out of hours doctor thought could be a mini stroke. Sharon, the optometrist couldnt have been kinder or more thorough. She did see something on the photos she took and said she wanted the Ophthalmologist at Stepping Hill to review them so she would send them through and ask them to contact us. We were hardly home when a phone call came asking us to go to the ophthalmology clinic for 12.45. It was indeed a clot at the back of his eye. Next step is an appointment with the Stroke clinic tomorrow. Follow up with ophthalmology in 3 months to check on the artery. Finally, before I had time to add to this review Sharon rang to check that wed received a phone call from the hospital. That truly is going over and above. Well done Sharon.

Really great personal service by friendly and knowledgable staff. If you prefer to be looked after rather than herded from one area to another, I would highly recommend Aarons and Lyne. Very pleased with my new specs and the service I received.
